The Niagara Hockey Summer League has two separate divisions:
One for House League level players and one for Travel level players.

The Travel Division is highlighted by The Elite Division, which features many current and former OHL players combined with top local Jr B and OHA Jr A talent.

"While hockey is occasionally played 4on4 and 3on3, we strongly believe that these types of leagues create bad habits for hockey players. They create situations that are unrealistic in the real hockey world. The best players must learn how to adapt and compete with limited time and space- which can only be achieved through 5 on 5 hockey."
